Choose a time that works for you. If this is your first visit, there is no preparation needed — just come as you are.

Which Appointment Type?

  • New patient? Select "Initial Consultation" — this is a longer appointment (approximately 60 minutes) that gives us time for a thorough assessment, a conversation about your health, and treatment where appropriate.
  • Returning patient? Select "Standard Visit" — a follow-up (approximately 20 to 30 minutes) for ongoing care.

If you are not sure which to choose, go with the initial consultation — we would rather have too much time with you than not enough.

Can't Find a Suitable Time?

The online calendar shows our standard availability. If you need a time that is not listed, or if something has come up and you need to be seen soon, give us a call on 0490 030 032 and we will do what we can.

What to Bring

  • Your health fund card (if claiming through private health insurance)
  • Your DVA card (if applicable — we bulk bill all DVA cardholders)
  • Your GP referral letter (if you are on a CDM/EPC plan for Medicare-subsidised visits)
  • Any relevant imaging or reports, if you have them handy
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, we ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone else who may need it. You can reschedule or cancel through the online booking system or by calling the clinic.
