Consultation Fees
| Service | Duration | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Initial Consultation | ~45 min | $105 |
| Standard Visit | ~15 min | $70 |
| Concession (Pensioner / Student / Child) | ~15 min | $60 |
Your initial consultation includes a thorough history, physical assessment, discussion of findings, and first treatment where appropriate. Follow-up visits include assessment of progress, manual therapy, and updated advice.
Medicare (CDM/EPC Plans)
Standard chiropractic visits are not covered by Medicare. However, if you have a chronic condition, your GP may set up a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan — sometimes called an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan.
Under a CDM plan, you are eligible for up to 5 Medicare-subsidised allied health visits per calendar year, including chiropractic. The Medicare rebate is approximately $60, leaving a small gap fee of around $10.
Ask your GP whether you are eligible. If you already have a CDM plan, please bring your GP referral to your first appointment.
DVA (Veterans' Affairs)
We bulk bill all DVA gold and white card holders — there is no out-of-pocket cost for eligible veterans. Please bring your DVA card to your appointment.
Private Health Funds
Most private health insurance funds in Australia cover chiropractic care under "extras" or "ancillary" cover. The amount you can claim depends on your specific policy.
We provide HICAPS facilities for on-the-spot claims — you swipe your health fund card at the time of your visit and only pay the gap amount. No paperwork, no waiting for reimbursement.
Please bring your physical or digital health fund card to your appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept payment at the time of your consultation via:
- EFTPOS / Tap-and-go
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else who may need it.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
