We keep our pricing simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect before you walk through the door.
Consultation Fees

Your initial consultation is unhurried. It includes a detailed health history, physical assessment, a conversation about what we find, and — where clinically appropriate — your first treatment. Follow-up visits include a progress check, hands-on care, and any updated guidance for managing things between appointments.
Medicare & DVA
We process Medicare and DVA on premises. If you hold a DVA card or have a Medicare referral, bring it along to your appointment and we will take care of the paperwork.
Private Health Funds
Most private health insurance funds include chiropractic under "extras" or "ancillary" cover. The rebate amount varies between funds and policy levels.
We issue receipts on the day so you can claim directly with your fund. Please note that the full consultation fee is payable at the time of your appointment — we do not process fund claims directly or charge only the gap. You will receive a receipt to submit to your fund for reimbursement.
Work Cover
We do not provide work cover management. If you have a work cover claim, we recommend contacting your insurer for a list of approved providers.
Payment Methods
Payment is made at the time of your consultation. We accept:

- EFTPOS / Tap-and-go
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we understand that plans change. All we ask is 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. If something genuinely unexpected comes up at short notice, just let us know and we will do our best to work with you.
