The Story

I am a chiropractor, coach, and author based in Cygnet, Tasmania. My work sits at the intersection of clinical care and personal transformation — helping people navigate seasons of change with more clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

Where It Started

For years, I worked as a chiropractor in Sydney. I loved the clinical work and the people I served. But over time, I noticed something that changed the direction of my career: the stories behind the symptoms mattered as much as the symptoms themselves.

People came in with back pain or headaches, but what they really carried was the weight of transitions — career changes, relationship shifts, grief, burnout, the quiet accumulation of years spent performing instead of living. The body was keeping score, and I wanted to understand why.

A Change of Season

Moving to regional Tasmania was not just a change of address. It was a deliberate choice to find a different rhythm — one that allowed space for integration rather than fragmentation.

In the Huon Valley, I found that space. The quiet beauty of this place gave me room to bring together my years of clinical experience with a deeper interest in how people navigate change, build resilience, and reconnect with parts of themselves they had set aside.

How I Work

I believe we do our best work when we stop trying to fix individual problems in isolation and start paying attention to the whole picture — the physical and the emotional, the practical and the personal, the things we show the world and the things we keep hidden.

This philosophy shapes everything I do:

  • As a coach, I support people through seasons of change — helping them find clarity, build sustainable strategies, and move from performance to presence.
  • As an author, I write about the connection between our physical health and our emotional landscape, drawing on clinical experience and personal observation.
  • As a chiropractor, I continue to serve the Cygnet community with evidence-based musculoskeletal care.
